Hello to you my friend, I'm John Lee Wei Yang a student of Tunku Abdul Rahman University College and this semester I am taking the course ABDM4064 Business Research. The topic that I choose is I will determine "The Awareness and Competitiveness of Papa John’s". The reason I choose Papa John's partly is because this franchise has the same name with me and one of the Papa John's outlet is nearby to where I stayed now. With this I can know how they judged Papa John’s based on my research. My research is done through interview on customers. In order to start my research on Papa John’s, I will have to collect basic information about Papa John’s.

Nowadays there are getting more and more franchises in our country Malaysia. The examples of franchises in Malaysia are such as McDonald, KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino Pizza, Chatime, Snowflake, Papa John and so on. The franchise that I choose for my business research is Papa John. The outlet that I choose is located at Alpha Angle in WangsaMaju.

This is Alpha Angle which is also known as AEON Jusco located at Wangsa Maju.

This is Papa John's outlet in Alpha Angle, it is just few steps away from AEON Jusco Hypermarket.

It might be hard for customer to find the location but when the customer actually knows the location of the outlet, it will be the place where the customers will back to dine again because there is no traffic jam, there are a lot of parking spaces and it is just a few minutes walking distance from the Wangsa Maju Bus-Stop.
