Conclusion
I would like to conclude from my research findings that overall of the respondents are not really aware of Papa John's but when it comes to competitiveness, they are really strong at it where their products are been well known for very good quality, serving fresh pizzas as compared to the other Pizzas company, the pricing strategy of Papa John's where most of the respondents agree that the price are affordable and the music playing is the most strong part which means as compare to the other pizzas' brand, they have a nice environment with suitable songs all the time. There are some parts where Papa John's competitiveness can be improved such as improve the attitude and behaviour of their employees, hire more employees, do more advertisement, speed of every dish that is served, the online booking system, and also provide free drinks. Therefore, if Papa John's is able to overcome all these problems, they will one day become one of the world most famous franchise with their strong level of awareness and the competitiveness that can edge out their competitors all around the world.

Data Analysis

All of these charts shows the data that I interview from the 10 respondents/customers of
"Papa John's"
60% out of the 100% of respondents says that the taste of Papa John's pizzas and the other dishes are very good.

8 out of 10 person says that the Papa John's Pizza are very fresh where when they dine in, they can eat the fresh pizzas as compared to the others.


There are 4 person who says choices of Papa John's are limited and also there are another 4 person who says choices of Papa John's are many and another 2 person who says that it is not many which is neither.


There is only 2 person who is aware of the advertisement of Papa John's. This shows that a lot of people isn't aware of Papa John's that is in Malaysia.


6 of the respondents would recommend Papa John's to do their promotion through Television, where 2 person would recommend Papa John's to give out more voucher and 1 person who would recommend Papa John's to use flyer to promote their products and also 1 person who would recommend Papa John's to promote their product through Billboard.


70% of the respondents which is a lot says that Papa John's Pizzas' Price is affordable and there's 2 person who says that Papa John's Pizzas' price is expensive and another person who says that Papa John's Pizzas is cheap.


Majority which is 90% of respondents says that Papa John's Menu is easily understand whereas only 1% of respondents who had no idea where he is blur.


This chart shows that many people does not really know about the delivery services available for Papa John's where 7 out of 10 persons does not know and only 1 person say that it has a good delivery services and 2 person says that it is bad where they are normally late for delivery.


Customers normally visit Papa John's once in a while where 7 out of 10 persons will do that, 2 person who visits Papa John's 2 times per week and only 1 person who is a first timer.


This chart shows a close result of the environment of Papa John's where only 50% of respondents says that the environment is very good, 40% of respondents says that the environment is only good and 10% who say the environment is bad.


This chart shows 100% of every single respondents says that the music playing in Papa John's outlet is very suitable.


For this customer service, there are 4 person who think that the staffs of Papa John's are very rude and they should be more polite when treating the customers. 1 person think that Papa John's should lower the price of their products, 1 person who suggest that Papa John's time of meal been serve should be faster, 2 persons who give no suggestion where they are very satisfied, 1 person who suggest online Booking System where the customers can book from website and when they reach the Papa John's outlet, they can straight away have a seat, 1 person says that some of Papa John's outlet has not enough employees and 1 person who suggest Papa John's should provide free drink like McDonald.

Company Background

This is the first Papa John's Outlet

Now I would like to introduce about Papa John’s pizzas. The founder of Papa John’s pizzas is John Schnatter. Before he started his business, he went to Ball State University to get his business agree. He started this business at the age of 22 in his hometown at Jeffersonville, Indiana. What is in the mind of John Schnatter is that one day he could produce a better pizza by using fresh dough and superior-quality ingredients.  At last, it worked perfectly and his pizzas are loved by a lot of people. Therefore in 1984, John Schnatter opens his first Papa John’s restaurant and now the headquarters is located at Louisville, Kentucky. And now Papa John’s is one of the 3 most successful pizzas franchise in the world. It now has 4200 restaurants in 35 countries across the world including US. From the day he opened his first restaurant until now, its franchise promise of “Better Ingredients. Better Pizza.” The first franchise in Malaysia started in December 2008 which is at the Berjaya Times Square. Its franchise had been spreading across Malaysia slowly. The competitors of Papa Pizzas’ are basically Pizza Huts, Domino Pizzas and many other.
